SAMPLE QUALITY
PANELYTICS, our sampling system, leverages 30+ years of online data collection expertise and takes a three-pronged approach to ensure the highest quality data.
PANEL BLENDING
As appropriate, we blend respondents from multiple online consumer panels to enhance representation by eliminating or minimizing sample skewness and bias resulting from membership recruitment methods.

Sample is sourced only from double-opted panels—actively managed communities with engaged members. NO PROGRAMMATIC SAMPLE.

SAMPLE STRATIFICATION
We stratify the sample before sending invitations to our survey. Doing so improves representativeness as certain groups in the population respond more quickly to surveys, which leads to overrepresentation.

Stratifying or click balancing to Census informs any weighting necessary and reduces the need for applying large weights to the data.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Surveys are designed and rigorously tested on PCs and mobile devices to ensure they are consistent, user-friendly, and engaging, thus eliminating response bias due to the form factor.

Data are "cleaned" using fraud detection, proprietary algorithms, and judgment, i.e., removing duplicates, bots, and fraudulent or inattentive respondents.
